• As you know, everyone needs to complete their client presentations. Presentations set so far:

• Don't forget your Client signoff form , due by Friday April 28. Clients can fax it to me at 770-455-8665 or you can give me hardcopy. Do not email it - signature is required.

• Please also give your clients the Client feedback form , due April 28. They can fax this to me as well.

• Our last day of class is Tues April 25, we WILL meet as a class. Please put some thought into what your "best practice" and "worst practice" have been for the semester on your project.

• Also remember that the Self Review and Peer Review forms are due on Tuesday Apr 28 - please bring HARDCOPY to class. Do NOT email evaluations, email is not secure. These evaluations are confidential and no one will see them but Melody.

If you cannot be in class on the first day, you MUST fill out a Job Application BEFORE classes start. If you have teammate preferences these must also be listed.

Assignment 1 - Keirsey Temperament Sorter

In order to assess your personal communication style, go to the Keirsey Temperament Sorter website. Answer the questions, and then write down the assessment after the program scores your answers (be sure to note your temperament and the variant). You do not need to print out the test, just bring the answer to class.

Make sure to read about the temperament types and think about how your temperament could influence communication with your team. The Keirsey test is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Check it out for additional information.

Assignment 2 - Meeting Evaluation

Evaluate one of your team's meetings according to the criteria discussed in class. Download, print, and fill out the Meeting Evaluation Form .

Assignment 3 - End of semester evaluations

VERY IMPORTANT - Each team member must assess their own contributions to the project as well as the contributions of their peers. Due on the last day of classes are two forms:

• Self evaluation form
• Peer evaluation form

Instructions are on the forms. Please submit a HARDCOPY of the forms. All evaluations are kept strictly confidential.
