The reviewers have been encouraged to subjectively interpret the discussion process and to report the value-added (contributions and learning) to the papers published in the proceedings. The full text of the papers are published in Baskerville, Smithson , Ngwenyama and DeGross, (Eds.), Transforming Organizations with Information Technology , North Holland, 1994.
