Abstract

In this chapter we consider the essential concepts of the systems analysis and design techniques that are related to object-oriented programming technology. This activity will extend the analysis and design knowledge you have already developed into simple O-O skills. For example, O-O design notation combine aspects of both entity- relationship diagrams and data-flow diagrams. Furthermore, object specifications could employ flow-charts, structured English, decision tables, or any of the process specification notations that you have learnt in earlier chapters as a point of departure.
